Crystal Evaporation Material is the high refractive index Mixture researched and developed by our company independently with patent protection. It is applied for the coating of antireflection films and multilayer. The product has the following characteristics:

  • *Visible to near-infrared waveband without absorption, 360nm - 7000nm high transmittance;

    Lasting: 48H

    Through test, there is no mist and devitrification. The spectral curve has no apparently change. Both appearance and function are ok.

    Temperature: 80℃∽-20℃

    Humidity: 75%

    Moisten stencil paper with acetone. Wipe back and forth at the same place for 25 times with 1-2kg

    strength

    The film doses not peel off. Regard as ok.

    Make the high-strength rubber belt closely cling to the lens surface. Quickly tear out the belt in 90 degree. Repeat it at the same place for 3 times.

    4. Conclusion:

    In the vapor deposition of KT01 Crystal Evaporation Material, there is no spattering. And Material outgassing is minimal. The refractive index is stable. It has good repetitiveness. This material is suitable for stable batch

    production of the AR film.
